The Islamabad High Court (IHC) postponed its decision to dismiss Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial minister Shah Muhammad on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that on February 1, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) disqualified Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) minister Shah Mohammad.
According to the facts, the minister was disqualified by the electoral board for five years for breaking peace and order during a local body election in Baka Khel.
The ECP disqualified both Shah Mohammad and his son while finding them responsible for the riots and attacks on voting booths.
