Salar Sanjrani, the younger brother of Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani, and his driver were killed in a car accident on the Quetta-Karachi National Highway on Saturday.
Salar was travelling to Quetta from Karachi when his automobile crashed with an oil tanker, according to the Deputy Commissioner for Lasbela, who also confirmed that Salar’s driver died on the spot.
Salar, meanwhile, was brought to the hospital in serious condition, but he died as a result of his injuries.
Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, contacted Sanjrani to express his sadness over the death of his younger brother.
Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar and Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar have also expressed their condolences.
