ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has called a Federal Cabinet meeting for January 4 to address Abdul Qadir Ehsan’s extradition.
A summary for the extradition of accused Abdul Qadir Ehsan to the United Kingdom will be submitted during the meeting, which will be presided over by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
During the meeting, the country’s political and economic circumstances will be discussed, and an update on the EVM and Coronavirus situation will be provided.
The interior ministry will provide a summary for the extradition of accused Abdul Qadir Ehsan from Pakistan to the United Kingdom during the meeting. The cabinet meeting will also include a report of the founding of the National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies.
It is also suggested to establish a National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies at Islamabad’s Quaid-e-Azam University. The appointment of the Chairman of the Karachi Port Trust for a two-year term is also on the agenda.
The cabinet’s agenda includes approval of the Pakistan Tobacco Board’s notification and the appointment of three members to the Pakistan Board of Statistics.
