LAHORE — Jahangir Khan Tareen, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), stated on Wednesday that he has never paid a rupee for Bani Gala’s home bills.
The PTI leader went to Twitter to response to Justice (r) Wajihuddin Ahmed’s claims in a private news channel show that Jahangir Tareen had provided Imran Khan Rs3 million per month for family expenditures, which was later increased to Rs5 million per month.
“The truth must be stated, regardless of the current state of my relationship with Imran Khan. “I did all in my power to assist PTI in its mission to establish a new Pakistan,” Tareen stated on Twitter.
Tareen explained that he never contributed to Bani Gala’s home costs.
